Zack's Adventure at the Mall

I went to the mall and did not shop

Walking and walking all night long

It wasn’t fun and I had to stop

All around me people were shopping

Tall ones and short ones

Boys and girls

Every where I go, shoppers

Shopping for things like clothes

Clothes and shoes

Or something new

Shopping for you or me

I went to the mall and did not shop

Walking along, there’s nothing new

Nothing for you or me

There’s not a thing in sight that I want to see

I went to the mall and did not shop

I see the people in the empty mall,

Happily buying things

And looking down that long hall,

I wonder, why am I at the mall?
